Who we are

FrigBoard is a household shared-hub service. For privacy questions contact info@frigboard.com.

What we collect

• Account details you provide — email, name, and password hash (if you set a password).
• If you sign in with Google or Facebook — provider account ID, email, and basic profile name fields returned by that provider.
• Household content you and your group create — shopping lists, loyalty cards, notes, routines, recipes, and similar group data.
• Optional images you upload (for example loyalty card logos or recipe photos).
• Essential cookies for session and security. An optional “remember me” cookie only if you choose it on login. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use data

• To run the app and show your group’s shared content.
• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To protect accounts and prevent abuse.
• To respond when you contact support.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Group members see the household content shared in that group. Google or Facebook only receive what is needed for their sign-in flow. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data solely to operate the service.

Retention

We keep account and group data while your account is active. After a deletion request we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time, except where we must retain limited records for security or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can update profile details in Settings, unlink Google or Facebook when another sign-in method remains, and request account deletion — see Data deletion or email info@frigboard.com.
