Data deletion

Last updated: 2026-07-18

This page explains how to remove Facebook/Google sign-in from your FrigBoard account, or delete the account and related personal data.

Unlink Facebook or Google

  1. Sign in to FrigBoard.
  2. Open Settings → Profile.
  3. Under Sign-in methods, unlink Facebook or Google.

You need another sign-in method first (a password or a second social account). Otherwise unlinking would lock you out.

Delete your account

Email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion: info@frigboard.com.

  • Your user profile (name, email, locale preferences).
  • Linked Google / Facebook IDs used for sign-in.
  • Your memberships in groups (you will lose access to those groups).

Shared group content owned by the household may remain for other members. If you are the only owner of a group, tell us in the request so we can help transfer or remove that group.

Requests from Facebook

If you remove FrigBoard from your Facebook settings, or Meta asks us to delete data tied to Facebook Login, contact info@frigboard.com.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests as soon as practical, usually within 30 days. You will get a short confirmation by email when done.
